change the PSU to one made by corsair or PCP&C, try for 500w or above from your choice of components.

then for a case, get an antec 300 or coolermaster 690.

The PSU in the raidmax leaves a bit to be desired, this set up will cost you a bit more but will be easily upgradable whereas a CPU upgrade for the system you listed will require a new motherboard and ram.
