[SOLVED] New build, turns on but won't post. Help?

Hi all,
I've yet to have this issue building a PC, but I have it now. New build and everything is together, turns on, all fans come on, keyboard and mice light, case functions work (power, reset, etc) but I'm not able to get into the bios. I tried my monitor connection using HDMI first, then VGA, but nothing.

Here is what I have:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AsRock B450M Pro4 motherboard

INLAND 256GB I PREMIUM NVME SSD WD Blue 3TB HDD

CRUCIAL 16GB 8X2 D4 3200CL16 BSLT

PowerSpec 550W PSU
No GPU installed (yet)
Cooler Master Q300P case

Any thoughts or ideas? I have the 24 pin and 8 pin CPU headers both connected with power, and nada...

could be the bios not recent enough to support 3rd gen. Contact AMD to borrow an older gen CPU to update your BIOS first: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100

Errrr, I think I just solved my own issue. My Ryzen 5 3600 doesn't have integrated graphics does it? I need to put my GPU in and try again....
