New Build: turns on for a second then off

Hello,

I just built my new computer today.
Specs:

Gigabyte Z170x Ultra Gaming (Mother Board)
Intel 6700k
Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming (Graphics Card)
Corsair H60 Water Cooler
RM650X PSU
2X Samsung 850 Evo SSD
NZXT 530 Tower
Ballistix 64gb kit

Every time I turn it on, the LED's, water cooler fan, PSU fan, internet card, are all activated. The graphics card stutters and then stops and doesnt move (as if it was going on). I've noted that the case's fans don't move. Please help me out, I would greatly apprecite it. Thanks for your help!

There could be multiple unique factors causing this problem.
