New Build Turns on then off now not at all

Hello

I just did a new build. I tried to power on. Then it will turn on then off then on again. I open the case and notice that all the fans were spinning except for the PSU.

I turned it off and tried to power it back on. Now it does not turn on at all. I have a PSU tester and it seems to be dead. This PSU is the same from my previous motherboard and is about 6 months old.

Also when I installed the motherboard. I checked there was no loose objects behind the motherboard.

The only thing out of the normal doing the build is I used 6 year old artic silver 5.

I would also like to add an additional question. Can you short the motherboard if a header was interested the wrong way.
