New build, two beeps, no display

I've just assembled my new PC, but it won't boot. The fans are spinning, everything seems to be working, but nothing's happening, 'no signal' on the display. At first there was only one short beep, but now when I turn it on, there's one short beep, and after a couple of seconds, another beep, but a little bit longer. Also, sometimes (but not always) the HDD light on the case blinks red.

Motherboard: Asus Prime Z370-P
CPU: Intel i7-8700
RAM - Kingston 8GB 2400 MHz
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
Power supply - Corsair silence RM650i (modular)

I get 3 beeps... And I'm usign DVI-D cable.

Try installing single RAM module and testing each slot. Theoretically, it should work, if monitor/video cable not defective.

Ok, I tried that, and it's like before - one very short beep, and after a couple of seconds, one longer beep. I did that with monitor cable unplugged, btw.

Yeah, sure.

I can't see very well, is the 8 pin power cable connected to the motherboard?

Yeah, it's on the upper left, but the case made it kinda invisible in the picture.

Try connecting the monitor and testing in single RAM configuration each slot on the board. See if still no signal.

The same thing with all 4 slots - one very short beep, and after maybe 10 seconds, one longer beep, blank screen.

Then I'd RMA both board and CPU, assuming that the monitor does work.
