Case / PSU - Putting anything other than a CP-850 in an Antec 1200 case will raise eyebrows....don't gte me wrong....the TX750 is a good PSU, but not in the same class as the Corsair HX series, or Antec CP/SG series. The CP-850 is specially made for the Antec 1200 case, is superior to the TX series electrically and is among the quietest PSU's ever built. Not to mention that in the combo below it costs you $5 less than the Corsair unit and no rebates to deal with.

I'd grab the i7 930 for $6 more

MoBo - P6X58D

Not a fan of the cooler...I'd pick from the top 3 or 4 here:

Thank you Jack
The newegg Antec and 850 deal is awsome. You got me thinking about my choice for power supply.

I am not an overclocker. I may play with it on this system but I don't think I will see a need. As a moderate gamer my needs are not great. I am only planning on playing Bad Company, Grid (Grid2), and an RPG or 2.
Will playing these tax my system so much I will crave more power from my chip, will my power supply not be able to handle it, will my x58 fail, maybe I should have got a lian li?
Again, not an overclocker, just want my system to run smoothly enough to kick my friends butt on the battlefield.
Should I have built something different since my intention is not to overclock?
