Question New Build, USB 3.1 Gen1 4xPorts is getting Power but not recognized by Windows.

Hell i just got done building my New PC, here are the specs.

The problem lies with the 4x USB Gen1 Ports, They are giving power but are not being detected by Windows, i tried everything by Reinstalling Windows,Updated Bios,Uninstalling/Reinstalling Drivers i am just stumped. this is my 2nd Motherboard btw first was GigaByte Gaming 3
