try and enable XMP profile for your ram for one, you are running at 2133mhz. are you playing on a 1080p monitor? your cpu is running good it seems the other issue would be the GPU, have you ran GPUZ or MSI AB to check to see if your core clocks are in line?

Will try XMP a bit later and get back, GPU all good and running on a 1080p monitor. Im using ripjaw V 2x8gb 2133mhz ram in slots A2 + B2 is that not sufficient clock wise?
