Everything looks good there. You might want a bigger SSD though, 120 GB is not very much after Windows eats almost 30 GB of it.

looks good, only 2 things:

buy a mobo with built in wifi it is often cheaper

avoid the vs series psu

i don't know how to tell if the mobo has built in wifi or not
