New Build went bad

I recently recieved all my parts from newegg, everything was good except motherboard(asrock oc formula), all the cpu pins were bent flat out of the box(never made it into my case). Im doing a rma but I have a bad feeling there not going to exchange it so im looking for an alternative board. Below is a list of all the parts I do have.

why do you feel they won't RMA.?
and besides the ASRock RMA program (which I just got through doing..), you should also have the Newegg RMA policy in effect because parts are so new.

I just recieved it yesterday and Im getting ready to ship it out tomorrow. I had just read some reviews of people not getting there motherboards exchanged because of the same issue. Im probably just over reacting, just bummed that i gotta wait another week, I dont have much time to be able to tinker with my new build before I have to deploy. Just being impatient i guess.

(make and model)

and how much would be the spending limit.?
planning on SLi in the future.?

also I have started to stay away from ASRock boards, to me quality is slipping.
weak VRM.
ASUS is about to buy them anyways..

asrock oc formula, yes on sli, as for the spending limit $150 and I would like it to be a decent board for overclocking. Thanks
