New build will boot without Graphics card, would that boot without

Been working on a new build and I just barely got my graphics card, the build boots fine to windows with no card installed but gets stuck on post code 51 when I Install it, parts list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4TYtHN

Did you remember to plug in the PSU connector?

I made sure all the proper connections were made from the PSU to the card, There is a single 6-pin, and an adaptor from a Molex cord, I've tried both with the same results
