Question New build will not boot

I just built a new PC and I cant get it past the BIOS,
so I built this new PC just for some office work:
Motherboard: H110-D3A
CPU: Intel Celeron G3900
Ram: 2*8GB sticks at 2133Mhz
PSU: used 600 unit
Memory: m.2 2280 ssd (w10 installed)

I can boot it into the bios just fine and even change all the settings but when its time to boot into a windows 10 bootable usb it just shuts down and restarts. I cant boot into the windows 10 installation because the pc does not recognize my ssd(manual shows compatibility with this model)

I have tested the psu on another pc for a couple of hours and it seems fine, same problem continues with different psu from main rig,
I checked the m.2 on another pc and it boots into windows and functions as expected

The ram is new and tested, same with cpu

Is there any setting that i need to change? Is there something wrong with this setup, the motherboard is new but it was on sale so I bought before noticing that it is a mining board, I also testes the usb on another pc and I can get into the windows installer, would appreciate any tips, i believe the MB has problems bur cant confirn since the BIOS works just fine
