So friend built a new computer with new everything drives and all a new copy of a windows 10 disk and yet we are gettind this message of missing drivers any help would be nice thank you

Solution
A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD,DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it. please insert it now.

Note: If the installation media for windows is in the DVD drive or on a USB drive, you can saftely remove it for this setp.
You're DVD copy is corrupted. This should not be popping up while you install Windows.
it's true that Windows install package should have necessary generic drivers included for most modern hardware and this message is rare.

but if you are using older hardware that is not supported or some odd configuration that Windows cannot correctly detect, you will still need to supply those drivers manually.

you are online right now, so...
the OS will not even install it just keeps saying missing drivers

We don't even know if you can install Windows 10 on your system. We don't know your system specs.

You're gonna have to be more detailed about that missing drivers message. Can you type exactly what the error says?

Where do you get your Windows? Did you use Windows Media Creation Tool or a legit copy of Windows 10 DVD?

download all of the latest motherboard system drivers and put them on a disk(DVD, Bluray, or USB) and do what it says.

Can you please clarify what version of Windows 10 you have and on what format. Original DVD installation? Copy of a DVD installation? Where did you get Windows?

What do you mean send it back? To who? You bought a copy of Windows 10 on a DVD from someone you don't know?
Brand new Official Windows 10 pro 64bit dvd from Newegg

you are online right now, so you can access the motherboard manufacturer's support page and download the necessary drivers. but you would still need some way to get those drivers onto a media that the system can detect and read from.
you may have to find another computer to use.
and while on that computer, also try using Microsoft's Windows installer Media Creation Tool and creating a new install media for the latest version of Windows. just in case your DVD is corrupted.
