So I just finished my new build and when I was trying to install Windows 10 from usb it froze on Aorus loading screen(got Aorus Z390 board). So I tried booting in safe mode and it worked fine, problem is during the installation it will restart at some point and it will get stuck at the same loading screen again.
How could I get it to boot safe mode when it restarts? Tried pressing F8 but it didn't seem to do anything. OR, any ideas why it freezes when not in safe mode in the first place?
