New build windows 7 "no drives were found"

so its a brand new build using:

the power supply is 300 watt no idea on the brand

so when i turn it on it asks me to select a bootable device. I have a bootable USB with a copy of windows 7 on it. I click it then it says loading windows files i agree to the terms i click instal and it gives me this:

So it doesn't see HDD ? Is it seen in BIOS ?
