[SOLVED] New Build- Windows Failed to Start

I have a new build and when I try to install Windows 10 it states "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause." Info section says The operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors?

Any thoughts on a fix?

Either you're trying to boot into windows from HDD from your previous pc or
your windows installation media is corrupt.

Recreate windows installation media.

This is a new build. I have no clue how to recreate windows installation media. I'm not too savy on the building
