Okay, so here it is, would a sli Matrix 580GTX (triple slot) fit on a Maximus IV Extreme-z? If not what would be an ideal mobo for that set up? I'm looking for something with a z68 chipset, and what would be perfect is it would have an extra slot for a pci-e x4 ssd.

Here is the partial build:

Thanks :)

what is your total budget? what processor are you thinking of? do you have monitor(s)? Peripherals? you should get a bigger ssd 50gb is small and the new sandforce ssd's are faster than the one you posted and it used sata3.

You are awesome. I've never bought an asrock product before but I read the review & the info on the links you posted, and it sounds like I might just get this board.

The cool thing is that slots 1 and 3 are at x16/x16 that looks like a lot of space between. I guess my set up leaves me with x16/x8/x8 but that's not a problem as long as it all fits :).

Thanks
