Build Advice New build with dual monitor setup

Hello,

I am looking to build a new PC (I'm on laptop at the moment) with dual monitor setup.

The monitor setup I had in my mind was 32" 4k 60Hz monitor that would be used for work mostly (programming, web dev) and some of the newer games that I would want to run on 4k. The other monitor would be 27" 1440p 144+ Hz and would act as a side monitor (videos, random stuff) and as a more of a gaming monitor (csgo or other fps games). So first of all, would a monitor setup like this be any good and maybe there are better ideas for dual monitor setup?

As for the PC build the budget is around 2.5k euro (without monitors). I was thinking of something capable of running games at 4k 60fps (like Hogwarts Legacy) and being able to run Android studio with emulator without issues (though this should be given with such a budget).

Thanks in advance

It's fine :D if it's cheaper and gets the job that I need done that's even better. Thank you for the quick responses. If 4070 is good enough and 7800x3D will be great I think I would go with that combo. Mobo will probably be more expensive with 7800x3D :? any suggestions for mobo if I would go AMD route?

Other case suggestions:
bequiet pure base 500 DX/FX
Fractal Design Pop air, Torrent

I would suggest having a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor for productivity related works.

Productivity monitor suggestion: 3440 X 1440 60/75hz monitor would suit you best
ViewSonic VA3456-MHDJ 34.0"
Samsung SJ55W 34.1"

Gaming monitors:
MSI Optix MPG321QRF-QD - HDR600 capable and IPS panel
Dell G3223D - HDR400 IPS panel

Thank you for the reply. Would it be worth waiting for 7800x3D as well as it comes out tomorrow?

It's great for gaming but it's not that impressive on productivity. I don't think it would be the best choice for me in this case, great release though.
