I'm building my new PC using: GA X99 SOC FORCE and Kingston Technology 64GB RAM Kit (4x16GB) 2133MHz DDR4 ECC Reg CL15 DIMM DR: KVR21R15D4K4/64 as well as a i7-5960X processor and Corsair rm1000. First I built everything very carefully but no matter what I did I got an 50 error code.

Cannot get display. Tried two video cards (GTX TITAN X and an older video card). I first installed the memory as indicated in the manual, then moved the memory chips around as suggested online, tried from 1 to 4 of them in different slots. The same error, if I put a single chip into black slots instead of orange ones, error switches to code 60. I tried everything I have come across. I have updated the bios (for 16 gb chips) using a usb as explained in the manual. I then thought I had the bent pin issue, taking a closer look I couldn't tell and since I'm totally in my irrational mode I went out and bought ANOTHER motherboard of the same model and have stripped everything except the processor and ram, I get the same error.

I have my life savings invested in this so any help would be deeply appreciated.
