[SOLVED] New build with no output video signal

Hello,
I am building a new system (mainly with second hand parts) but unexpectedly I can't get an image from the new PC. Its not my first time building a PC, but it is my first time with this problem.

Components:
CPU - i7 5820k
Mobo - machinist x99 rs9 2011-3
RAM - hyperx ddr4 16gb 3200mhz
PSU - be quiet strait power 700w
GPU - gtx 1060.

PC seems to start, but cant get a video output to a monitor. Already tried everything I found on the forum inclusing:
-trying a different hdmi cable
- trying a displayport cable
-changing ram place
-checked CPU placement
-tried another GPU from working PC and also tried the gtx1060 on the other pc (and it works).

I haven't tried only updating bios (I've found this suggestion as well) because I am not familiar with that and I am not really optimistic that it will work.

Sounds to me your graphic slots are the problem and your PC doesn't have integrated graphic card to boot to the bios.

Any way to fix that?
I can try using a x1 to x16 raiser to check if the problem is in the slot, but I don't have any available. Should I buy one and try?

Try using a flash light over the slot to see if anything inside is stuck or damaged. Be careful not to stick anything inside that may cause further damage to the pc and yourself.

After short consultation, I removed the battery on the mobo and now the output video signal is working.
