New build won’t boot, please help! :)

Finished my first build today, but it won’t boot up. The fans and lights all come on, but no display and also no lights from keyboard or mouse. Any help would greatly be appreciated, thank you!

Specs:
Asus PRIME H270M-PLUS
Intel i5 7600k
Evga GeForce GTX 1060 6gb
Corsair H100i V2
Corsair RM750x PSU
Corsair Dominator 4gb x2 3000mhz

I’ve tried swapping the ram slots, trying with one stick, and also did the clear rtc ram. Tried plugging the hdmi in both the card and also on MB

You've connected the 24pin, 8pin EPS and power to your GPU?

The onboard graphics are not likely to work with a GPU installed.

you may wont to pull the mb see if it post with onboard video and one ram stick. see if it shorting out to a fan or case. look at the mb bios if it old see if your mb has usb flashback if it does use it to update the bios from a usb stick.

1. The k series processor and H Series MoBo combo always perplexes me.

2. EPS cable plugged in next to C{PU

3. GFX card cable plugged in ?

4. CPU fan cable plugged in ?

5. Since you can't overclock, might consider using an alternate less complicated cooling solution. That was a $110 expense that won't deliver anything.

Thank you all for your responses it is very appreciated. So I took out the GPU and tried one ram stick in the ‘A’ slot in the MB again and it booted to the bios. What exactly does this mean? Is one ram stick bad and my GPU not compatible? Thank you again everyone for you help

Not necessarily. All that confirms is that the system will post with a single RAM module and no GPU.

As that works fine, add back the second module (no GPU, yet). See if it posts. If so, then try adding back the GPU etc.

So now all is working, I just used the breadboard system putting it back together piece by piece and it is now all working and booted into windows! Thanks everyone for the responses
