Question New Build Won't Boot Any help?

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 with a Asus rog strix B450-F gaming mobo. I currently am trying to boot; however when I press the power button the fans start spinning and things turn on however there is no boot. According to the Motherboard on-board LEDs the color is (yellow-green) which says boot. I'm unsure what to do from here. The other thing I'm noticing is that my LEDs on my ram have yet to turn on once I press the power button. (I know for sure the ram is good as I have tested it on a friends PC yesterday just to make sure).

Yeah I have a 970 in right now. I have my DVI plugged into that, but still shows no signal.
