Hi Team,
I am doing my first Mini ITX build using an Asrock A520M-ITX/ac and all components from the approved list. There is no graphics card, this is my first build with a APU instead of a CPU... Ryzen 5600G
What is happening is when I push the on button... nothing happens.
However when I pull the power cable going to the CPU plug and I press the on button... the on button lights up and the fan starts.
Now I suspected the PSU, however I used a multimeter and checked the pins on the CPU cable... they are producing the 12v needed.
I have checked the thread on this site which offers troubleshooting advice and I am good on most points. However there are a couple I am concerned with...
This is my first build ever using just one stick of RAM, the mobo manual wasn't specific as to where to put just one stick... does it matter?
The only thing I haven't done is some kind of CMOS or BIOS reset... would that help in this situation or is the problem something else?
Thanks,
Matt.
