New build won't boot to BIOS.

So I have just built myself a new rig and it's almost finished except my graphics card which arrives tomorrow (EVGA GTX 970).
CPU - i5 4670k
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z87-D3HP
RAM - GSkill Ripjaws 2x8GB 2133Mhz DDR3
PSU - Corsair BS 650W
CPU Cooler - Coolermaster hyper 212 evo

They are the only components in the system and theoretically, when I turn the system on it should boot into the BIOS, but it doesn't? I'm taking my SSD round my friends shortly to put an OS on it, windows 8.1, then that will be put in.

When I turn the system on the fans spin and there are lights flashing, then after about 5 minutes, the 2 front case fans stop spinning, maybe because the system is idle? But the rear case fan still spins.

The only thing I can think of is that the onboard graphics aren't working and I will need to wait for my graphics card to arrive before I will be able to boot it into the BIOS etc. I have all the audio connectors in and there are no beeps or bloops.

Any advice or answers would be much appreciated!

Thanks, Kuosa

I will try that tomorrow in the morning. So is there not a problem with the onboard graphics or anything I have to do to enable them? Is there a chance it will all work when I put my graphics card in

I'm not getting any error codes from my motherboard and when I should be and so I have ordered a new, higher quality mobo and will let you know how it all goes when it arrives
