I've just put together an upgraded system today, however I cannot get it to boot up.
Here is the new system:
Asus TUF Z270 mark 1 mobo,
Intel I5 9600kf + Cooler Master hyper fan,
Geforce GTX 1660 super,
Corsair Vengence LPX 2x 8gb
Corsair CX 500W
Samsung 960 Evo 1tb
When I hit the power button nothing happens, no beeps or spinning up of fans or drives. Due to this I'm kind of at a lose as theres not much to go on. This mobo has its own power button so even if the cables for the cases button weren't connected properly, this would have fixed it.
This mobo has a power LED and logo that light up so I can see it's getting power and I tried the PSU in my old config and everything works so I've ruled out the PSU.
I also put the GPU into my old config and its working fine so that's ruled out too.
I've already gone through some of the normal fixes; I've double checked every cable to make sure they are fully connected, I've made sure the gpu and ram were both fully clicked in and I've taken everything out and introduced one component at a time to see if anything works, but still nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas?
