[SOLVED] New build wont display anything, red light on motherboard, keyboard and mouse not working ?

MBD: MSI Mag Z790 Tomahawk WiFi DDR5
CPU: Intel 14900k
RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium 32GB
PSU: Be quiet 1000w
GPU: Asus 4080 Super
SSD: 2 x Samsung 990 NVMe
Cooler: Arctic liquid freezer 420mm
No operating system installed atm

Motherboard shows a red light which indicates CPU issue?
Everything powers up (fans spinning, ram rgb light up, i checked all connections, reseated ram, tried 1 ram in slot, did a flash bios update,

No beeps, just a red light on cpu.

Updated, sorry just emotionally unstable atm.

Edit - do i need to plug both 8pin cpu cables in?

looks like ive sorted it. Rescrewed the aio plate, one of the screws not fully tightened. Now it boots with no issues. ☺️
