[SOLVED] New build wont display, There's no usb ports working

Hi all,
upon building my new pc, I discovered that none of the usb ports are working, and also, the system wont display on a monitor. It's my first time building one, and I dont know what to do or what certain parts and wires are called. Every part is on, and running. My build is

Make sure you plug everything especially 24 pins and 8pins to boots your computer, make sure too that you have cmos battery place but some mb boot without CMOS
