I recently ordered a new psu, mobo and cpu To upgrade. I ordered a new case cause this mobo dosemt fit in mine anyways i tried building the comp outside of the case and im pretty sure i connect everything right (first build)
Now the problem i have is the computer will turn on and the fans turn on but sound like they are not starting all the way up, like they start and spin but not to the full potentiall
The reason i know they arent fully starting is if i hold the power button to turn off the computer the fans will turn fully on for half a second then the computer shuts off... No screen display or anything so im stumped

Psu -600watt
Cpu- fx8350 black
Gpu-r9 270x
Any help would be great as i really wanna play my new computer thanks!
