New Build won't load Windows

I just bought a new setup. It boots fine into BIOS currently and when I went to install Windows 7 Ultimate it worked the first time and made it through Service Pack 1 in the updates. Then without warning the system blue screened. Then every time I tried to log back in, even in safe mode the system would blue screen. I then proceeded to wipe the SSD I was using and tried to start over, but even when booting from the install CD the system will blue screen. I can access BIOS just fine and have updated bios to the most recent firmware update and cleared the CMOS. I have tried booting without the graphics card plugged in, or the SSD or HHD. I have tried every combination of these being unplugged as well, still same issue. I ran memtest86+ from an Ultimate Boot CD usb distro as well as a few other tests and they all passed fine. I would greatly appreciate any help you all can provide. My complete build follows.

If you have another computer, try using the hard drive from that one and booting from it. See if that works.

I only have a Mac laptop that is boot camped at the moment besides this new build. I would rather not pull the hard drive from it if possible.

I was going to try that today, but I can't even get into the windows install cd now without a blue screen.

Yes as soon as I get past the windows is loading screen and hit the stander windows 4 color flag moving in and out I hit a blue screen crash.

Well that would be a relief it is the problem, but I do not have another CD. It's windows 7 ultimate 64 bit edition.

Here is a thought. Try downloading a free version of Linux, and installing it from a USB drive. If that works, then you know that it is a windows CD problem. BEFORE doing this, however, make sure you know the process for installing Linux, as well as the process for deleting it(once you get a new windows CD) if it works. Lastly, another fairly likely cause of the problem might be the RAM. Even though Memtest passed, still try booting from only one of the sticks of RAM, and then if that fails, from the other stick. Read your motherboard manual and make sure that the RAM is installed in the correct slots(usually the darker colored slots are the correct ones for dual channel memory, but still, read the manual first.

I tried a pen drive install of ubuntu linux and it crashes as well on either install or live. So if the memory passed memtest86+ and it still does this without the hard drives or the graphics card or the cd drive plugged in, do you have any other suggestions? If the BIOS runs and is the most recent update could it still be the motherboard or processor?

It shouldn't be. Do you happen to be able to take a picture of what appears on the screen on the BSOD with windows install CD? That should give some clue to the issue.

Take a look at this post on another webiste: http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/unable-to-install-windows-7-due-to-page_fault_in_nonpaged_area-error.137958/. This person is having a similar error to the error you are having as well. BECAUSE you have failed to boot even without your GPU, try doing the same exact thing, booting without everything except the CPU, CPU Cooler, and RAM. Also, make sure to remove ALL things except the windows install disk. That includes keyboards and mice. If this does work, it honestly is most likely a driver issue, since you say it made it to the SP1 updates before it blue screened, the problem is most likely with your drivers for a component being incompatible with one of the updates. If that is the case, keep your graphics card in, but go into your BIOS, disable it, and enable onboard graphics, if you have them. Then boot from your install CD, and see if it works.
