[SOLVED] New build won't post. ASUS Tuf Gaming X570 -Plus (Wi-Fi)

I spent the day putting together my new build. When I power up the PSU, the RGB on the waterblock flickers for a fraction of a second then the RGB on the motherboard comes on and that is it. No Q-LEDs, no fans, nothing. I've verified all connections are good (26 pin, 8 pin, and 4 pin (both with and without the 4 pin). CPU is properly seated.

Any help would be appreciated.

No. Turns out to be a bad mobo. Tried two different cases, two PSUs, both stock air cooler and water cooler and two different GPUs. Same results, RBG comes on but that is literally all that happens.
