Question New build won't post with more than.

recently upgraded my setup. Upgraded to an asrock x570 steel legend. Amd ryzen 9 3900. 850W PSU. Kraken 63x AIO. and a pair of (2x16) 3600hz sticks of ram. Assembled the pc, it would cycle restarts every 5 seconds with all 4 ram slots filled. Took out 3 sticks of ram. Booted just fine. Cycled all the ram, it all made the computer post. Checked my cables, turned on xmp profiles in bios, still only boots with one stick. Could my MOBO have been DOA ? Any help please!

You said you have a pair of 2x 16, 3600mhz RAM then mention you have 4, so im guessing you already have 2 pre-existing sticks of RAM,correct?
