New build won't power on.

I'm making a new PC build and I had to buy a new PSU because the old one didn't do anything. Whenever I try to power it on with the case's button... it doesn't work. People usually get a beep or something, but literally nothing happens. Here are my parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NLYv8K

Did you connect a mobo speaker?? You wont hear any beeps if you didnt

Did you connect the 24 pin , cpu fan and ATX12v connector?

See if missing something.
If still no go. try testing the board outside the case, case fans removed.

I connected the mobo speaker but it doesn't make a sound when I try turning it on. Also I checked and everything is in.

Not really any luck with the forum page. I removed the motherboard but everything looked fine and plugged in...

Take the ram out it should beep.

No beeping when the MOBO is plugged in. And I have a bootable USB. I don't know whats wrong
