I am building a new system. I have everything put together, but when trying to power up, the fans and LED lights turn on for a second then everything turns back off. I'm stuck. I have reseated all the connectors several times. The bios on the MB is version P 4.20. I have also removed the battery on the MB for a few minutes and that didnt seem to help.

Solution
Ok. Wanted to check. Tried booting with single stick of RAM? Moving to different slots. Try disconnecting all hardware outside of bare minimum. Remove GPU and disconnect secondary HDD. This can help to narrow down the problem.
