I just built a PC. This is my second build but I am still kinda green. The components are:
Ryzen 5 3600xt
Raedon 5700xt
Tomahawk Max,
G. Skillz Trident Z Neo 2x8gb
Samsung 860 Evo
Seagate Ironwolf
EVGA 600BQ
NZXT H510 Elite case.
The power button won't turn the build on but I can jumpstart the MB, but when I do the monitor says no signal, I'm sure that would happen even if the power button worked though. I am having so many problems if someone could please help it would be very appreciated.

just something for first timers check connections , is monitor normally working , did you start it for pre test ? is power button cable working
yes I did start for pretest. I checked all the connections, everything is plugged in properly to the motherboard but I just realized that the front panel won't sit flush to the dongle part that connects the power, LED and stuff. I don't want to force it though

If you can start by shorting the two PWR pins on the motherboard, then look to the front panel connector and wire.
Perhaps the PWR wire is defective, shorted, or not connected.
If the front panel assembly is defective, contact NZXT and they should send you a replacement.

On the monitor issue, verify that you are using the proper modular cables and that they are connected to the graphics card securely.
Can you tell if the system started and you just get no signal to the monitor?

Not all monitors have autodetect of the graphics card connection.
The monitor may have a ocd menu to select the input you need.
If you can, try a different cable or graphics card output.

I had to use HDMI to update the drivers and eventually got it to work. As for the case button, the front panel connector wasn't fully into the splitter dongle thing. it still doesn't sit fully flush, but it works. Is there a way to fix that?

If you mean something like this - https://hardforum.b-cdn.net/data/attachment-files/2018/10/289847_05-header-connectors.jpg

You don't have to use that. You can plug each cable to the board instead of plugging them in that thing.
