So I've just built a new system yet it doesn't function, everything is plugged in ready to go (it's not my first time building a PC) but when I hit power nothing happens, no fans spin including the PSU's fan yet the motherboard is receiving some power as a RGB keyboard is lighting up, specs are as follows:

SeaSonic Focus GX-650 Watts
PNY GeForce GTX 1660 Super
Intel i5-9400F
Gigabyte B365M DS3H
2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM

Solution
The i5-9400F does not have integrated graphics, so you'll have to use your graphics card. It's also possible your motherboard does not have the required BIOS revision to support the 9400F. According to the CPU support page it requires the F2 BIOS: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B365M-DS3H-rev-10/support#support-cpu.

The troubleshooting sticky at the top of the forum was created to troubleshoot this type of problem. If you perform every step in the checklist it should help you narrow down what is causing the problem. There is a link to the checklist below.
