Question New build worked once now no display

I had to buy a new motherboard for my i9 CPU and I’m using the heat sink from my old i9. At first it was stuck on a boot loop with a beep from the motherboard. Then once it booted up fine and I was able to login using the keyboard. Now every time I try to start it up is seems to run fine but there is no video output I have tried multiple cords and also the hdmi port on the motherboard too. Anyone have any help?
