Hi, I am looking to build a decent gaming rig for less than $1,000 (shipping included). If I go 30 -50 dollars over its ok.
I created a build on pcpartpicker.com, and everything seems to be compatible.

Could you please tell me if you see any issues? Additionally, I am open to swapping parts around so long as the base costs of parts stays around $1000.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next 1-2 months

Budget Range: About $900 before shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Games, mild video editing, surfing the web, general usage.

Are you buying a monitor: Nope, already have one.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon and New-egg, anything else if needed

Location: Fort Drum, New York, USA

Parts Preferences: Prefer intel CPU and Geforce GPU

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Probably Not

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 X 1080

Additional Comments: Will be used for Arma 3, H1Z1, Minecraft, Gary's Mod. Would like 6+ usb ports and at least 1 GPU HDMI port.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I am looking to build a gaming rig that can handle Arma 3 on close to High settings.

Solution
Thanks Niklas_13,

I played around with some of the things you suggested and was able to lower my original price while keeping the CPU and GPU I wanted. I think I would like to keep the CPU I have, people are saying it is 30% faster than the i5-6500
