Question New Build

I built this new PC when I boot it up it comes up i n bios it shows everything thts connected. And in storage it shows my drives listed. But when I hit F11 to bring up the manual boot window it does not have any drives listed for me to boot from. And my PC wont boot to the harddrive. I cleared cmos several tiimes I tried everything switched cables. changed harddrives Nothing seems to work. Here is a link to the website with the motherboard. Have you actually installed Windows or another OS?

No I cannot get that far because it want boot hardrive

You cannot boot from a HDD that does not have an OS. These days you usually install Windows from USB. You boot from the usb installation media and this allows you to install Windows onto your hard drive. After this you can boot from your HDD.

I believe are misunderstanding what I am trying explain probably my fault. I know what you are saying. What I am trying to say is it wont recognize no drive hardrive. dvd drive or usb drive so if it don't recognize it in bios it want boot or load windows I believe I have a bad board
