hey all i need some help regarding some builds... i need to get me self a new pc and im a little new to this...

so what do you guys thing?? is it worth it to go with 980 instead of 970?
also are these builds future proof for gaming?

1) where r u from
2) what is your budget
3) would u like to stream(if yes what type of games) video edit a lot?
4) do u plan to move on to 2k ?

i went to 2 shops and they gave me these builds...
my budget is 1.5k euros
and i dont plan do to eny editing and streaming..
only for gaming
