New built asrock z170 pro4s pc "can't connect to this network"

ok so this is my first built pc everything has gone smoothly up until i try to get internet, i just got done installing all the drivers and utilities that asrock gave me and a side not intel LAN drive is installed....windows 10 is installed and router modem are just fine im pretty much at a stand still here i have no clue how to fix this and help out there

Is MAC filter enabled on the router? If yes, add the MAC of the new pc to the allowed devices list.

Download and install the LAN Driver from the ASRock website here:

how do i check the MAC filter and so on...i downloaded the driver from asrocks site didnt fix anything

Access the configuration GUI of the router (depending on the model), Who did configure it?
You'd need an allowed device to do that.

im on my laptop for the same network should i be able to access it?do i get to this by typing my IP into the address bar?

im trying to load it but for some reason it just keeps loading with no results let me figure this out and ill get back to u if that MAC filter worked out or not

ok im in my gui on the mac filter settings....now how do i find the MAC of my new pc

Start button - All programs - accessories - Command prompt
Type ipconfig /all The MAC is the Phisical address - 6 groups of 2 digits

ok so i entered the MAC saved it restarted my new pc and it still wont connect. I had a wireless physical address and a ether net physical address, i entered the wireless one

If connecting by cable, add the ethernet one.

if ur talking about the adapter its a net gear and its installed

if it was on the cd it gave then yes other then that i dont know

In Device manager, under Network, what adapters are listed?

NETGEAR A6100 WiFi Adapter
and something called Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V

Then driver is installed.
When looking for available wi-fi networks, is the router's one listed?

ya i get the option to connect to the network but then i get "checking network requirements" followed by "cant connect to this network"
