New built comp won't start!!

I recently bought a
Cougar Solution case
Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
Intel i5 Processor 1i5-3750K
Ultra X4 Modular 750 Watt ATX Power Supply
GeForce GTX560Ti (EVEA)

I plugged the motherboard in with the power supply and the processor, but when I try to start it up nothing happens the fans dom't move the screen is blank. My friends who knows a little about comp booted it to where the power fan spins for 2 secs then stops and the Intel fan just budges but nothing else.
My back is against a wall and I son't know what to do. Please help.

if you have warranty why not go to the store?they might help you

Not to sure as you havnt really gone into much deatail but it looks to be like your power supply is bad
