Question New built computer keeps crashing during Win 10 install

Check this out: Just built a new gaming computer and trying to install Windows 10 Pro from USB onto my system. It keeps freezing!! Wont get passed 2% of the "Getting files ready for installation" Sometimes it is only 1% or even 0%. Sometimes freezing during the first step of "Copying Windows files". I've attempted this 20+ times. I've unplugged peripherals, took out half the RAM, and tried installing onto an old SSD that had Win 10 Pro on it already from my last build. This is incredibly frustrating. All the online suggestions I have tried that have seemed to work with other people, did absolutely nothing for me. Please help. My specs are as follows:

Are your settings stock? If you loaded the XMP profile I doubt your memory is stable. Getting 4 sticks from mismatched kits to run stable at 4266 XMP is not likely. There is a reason they don't sell very many quad channel kits at this speed. I'd run it at default speed if you aren't already until you get windows installed and then you can focus on getting your memory stable.

What are you using for a cooler? 9900k gets real hot in a hurry. If you have a cooling issue it could be causing stability issues. Are your idle temps shown in bios high?

Yeah that could be a serious problem right there. Never, ever buy two kits of RAM, even if they happen to be the same. Always buy a matched set. If you want 32GB, buy 4 x 8GB. Don't buy 2 sets of 2GB.

Take one of the sets out and see what happens. If that's not the problem it could be something else - PSU, primary SSD, you name it.

I already tried the one matched set. Still no go. The newest I was suggested and tried was to try a different media of Win10Pro and that didnt work either. Still have yet to try the M.2 NVMe solution mentioned earlier. Ill try that in the morning. California time.

Okay. Switched out the RAM to matches 4 stick 64GB. 16GBx4. 3200 MHz. Corsair. Still the same issue. Tried installing on a separate SSD, same issue. XMP has been off. Cooler for the CPU is a Corsair watercooler. This blowing my mind!! Please help. Havent switched out the video card or the CPU, but dont think it is that anyways.

This morning, I put in a new SSD that has a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro from my old computer. Booted to Windows with no issue. Within 2 minutes of running Windows it freezes like beforem restarted, and did it again. So, I'm thinking it has nothing to do with the SSDs or even the Windows media. Maybe the processor. It's no where near hot because of the watercooler, but maybe just defective? Perhaps the video card. I could swap out my new 2080 for my old 970 and see what happens. Would that even matter though?

Built a brand new gaming machine. Got past the first problem, I think, which was trying to get Windows 10 Pro installed on my SSD before it crashed. Decided to bypass that by installing Windows 10 Pro onto an SSD that was in another machine, and then just putting it into the new machine. That worked. Im now in Windows 10 Pro on my new machine. But, within 2-4 minutes, it just freezes as it did before during install of Windows 10 Pro from bios. This is on a second bought motherboard, thinking the first could have been defective or damaged, so Im pretty sure its not that. Now what? Here are my specs:

I mean, that I know it has to be installed on the system it will be ran 9n, but for testing purposes, I was able to get into windows but it still froze after. Switched out the PSU, not it. Switched out the GPU, not it. Any way it could possibly be the case??

check cpu temp in bios? turn off MCE in bios?
check bend pin on the motherboard socket?
