Question New Built Computer Wont detect mouse and keyboard when installing windows

Hi so I just built a new computer and I’m trying to install windows 10 onto it. My keyboard works in the bios and it will also work if it hit escape when I’m trying to install but nothing else. Everything is plugged into usb 2. Also I have to reset my psu anytime I shut it off.
