New built pc acting strange. Need help!

Hello everybody! Im just stuck and confused. I need help on this for hours and I cant find the source to the issue. After building my pc and double checking if its plugged in and everything is correctly done. Turning it on no case fans are spinning, No display or usb and that gpu and cpu fans are max rpm. I really need help on how to resolve this issue. Thanks!

My specs are
CPU I5 6600k
GPU 750 ti twin frozr
MOBO Asus Z170-A
PSU Evga supernova 650 G2
RAM 2x8 16gb 2133 HyperX Black 2133 DDR4[video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKJMGjQMLLs"][/video]

Try booting without the graphics card, drives and only one stick of RAM. Also, reset your CMOS by unplugging the PSU, removing the CMOS battery, holding the power for a minute or two and then replacing the battery.

Also the pc would boot up normally sometimes and then the other times it wouldnt

So far I cleared the cmos. It seems to be working normally for now. I have to use the computer more to confirm its fixed.

Update. The next day. The computer started to do the same thing. I dont want to replace my motherboard because I have a oem windows key.

So you have Windows installed then? Make sure to install all the latest drivers.

Everything is up to date and the system is correctly installed. Its not software related but more of hardware. I could be either the motherboard, psu, or cpu. I have checked the ram and other components like gpu and hdd

Make sure the XMP profile is enabled and try increasing the DRAM voltage by .05. You might also try overclocking the CPU and see if there is any change. I've seen some motherboards that are a little picky about using the Kingston RAM.

Ill try that. Probably going to RMA the motherboard. Ill give a update once everything is settled. Thanks for your help

I forgot to mention you should try updating the Bios to the latest version.

Yep. Everything is at the latest version.

Update. I tried the XMP method and it doesn't do anything.
