I built a pc around 9 to 10 days ago. The specs are:-

Processor:- Amd Ryzen 3 3100
Ram:- Crucial 8GB 2400mhz ram
Graphics Card:- Colorful IGame GTX 1650 Super Ultra OC 4G
Motherboard:- Gigabyte B450M S2H
PSU:- Gigabyte 450w Bronze certified psu
HDD :- Seagate barracuda 1TB internal hard disk
Windows 10 version:- 10240

Now the problem is every time I boot, after 5 to 10 min, it either crashes or shows BSOD, Clock_Watchdog_Timeout.
Once it even showed BSOD of DFC_Watchdog_Timeout but only once. I am unable to update the driver because it is crashing immediately without any warnings. The BIOS is updated. I didn't even overclocked anything.
Please help.

Why did you go with a hrd drive instead of an ssd? Thegpu is causing this since the hdd is too slow and the gpu keeps waiting leading to the gpu shutting it down as it thinks that a fatal error has occured. Go with an ssd for a powerful system

Because I was on a very tight budget. Also I needed more storage than speed
