Hello guys! i built a brand new pc for a friend of mine but it keeps restarting whitout any warning while stressing it with prime95 or normally loading the CPU.

my components are:

GPU: RADEON HD 7450 (old one but still woriking) - tested with gpu stress test it works fine

PSU: CORSAIR CV450

MOBA: GIGABYTE A320M-SH2 v1.x

SSD: Silicon Power PCIe M.2 NVMe SSD 256GB

RAM: Crucial CT8G4DFS8266 DDR4 2666MHZ

CPU FAN: Noctua NH-L9a-AM4

PROCESSOR: RYZEN 3 3100

things i tried:

-changing termal paste (checked all tempratures are fine)
-disabling automatic restart windows option
  • changing battery options for processor usage 5%
  • changing PSU(550W) and RAM(2400mhz), still not working
  • updated all drivers including MOBA and ryzen chipset
  • reinstalled windows

Note: The pc crashes a few second after running prime95 stress test, what can i do more? this is driving me crazy

thanks for the help!

i can't stress it as it shuts down in seconds after i start prime 95,
anyway in the event log, i see two kind of errors:

1- critical kernel power error ID 41
2- few seconds later, error: hardware fatal error
component: processor core
source: machine check exception
error: bus/ interconnect error
APIC ID: 0
