Hey

NOTE: this is my second time building a PC from scratch

I FINALLY decided to build a new PC since my current one wasnt enough for me

I bought:

i9 10900k NEW

TUF GAMING z490 NEW

RTX 3070 NEW

corsair vengeance 3200mh 16 x 2 RAM USED

Be quiet straight power 11 750w USED

dark rock 4 cpu cooler NEW

and my 2 ssds that i have from my current setup
--------------------------------------------------------------

Now here is the issue...

After i finished building my Computer i turned it on and got this result:

-> All the lights, fans etc started working, BUT I GOT NOTHING ON MY MONITOR <-
------------------------------------------------------------

I dont know what it could be I already tried:

  1. Swapped PSU (used a corsair 600W)
  2. connected my hdmi cable to my motherboard instead of the GPU
  3. I took out the CPU and put it in again in case it wasnt properly laid in the socket
  4. Started pressing del and F1 so i can get into bios but nope
  5. Started the PC on different ram slot and with only 1 ram

The issue is I here no beep or anything like that so after I turned on my PC. It isnt really telling me whats wrong :( (just like my gf lol)

When i let it run , the PC is just running, it is not loop-restarting. It just runs as it is "working" normally.
-----------------------

Here are some Pictures to show give you extra info:

1. My z490 motherboard light shining in orange (i googled it but i couldnt find anything so i dont know what this means) : View: https://imgur.com/a/D96rxaW

2. My motherboard being connected to eatxv 1 and 2 : View: https://imgur.com/a/FSQKkdB
(i also tried it with only 1 8 pin and it made no difference)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HERE ARE 2 POSSIBILITES:

CPU DEAD? i checked it and it seems fine to me: View: https://imgur.com/a/18qTpJw

BENT PIN NOT ALLOWING IT? View: https://imgur.com/a/Vi2N01k

That one pin got bent when i was trying to move cables , but I mean why shouldnt my PC show anything because of 1 Pin?

I really would appreciate some help and am grateful for everyone trying to help me :)
