New built pc wont turn on and stuck in a loop

i am building a budget gaming pc for the first time. the problem is my pc wont boot. its just turned on for a while and shuts off and turn back on and off again repeatedly. i tried removing the ram modules and i get long beeps. i also tried reassembling outside the case but still no luck.

cpu: intel core i3-7100
mobo: gigabyte h110m gaming 3
ram: corsair vengeance lpx 2x4gb
psu: corsair vs450

The board might need a BIOS update for supporting the Kaby.
I suggest returning the board and replacing it with a 270 one, if possible.

thanks for your suggestion. i actually found out gigabyte have released BIOS update for kabylake support for this mobo. i flashed new BIOS(replaced with my friend's skylake CPU) and now everything works fine.
