New camera advice

I am going to buy a new camera and i am pretty confused my budget is 140-180 dollars i found a lot of models and i do not know the difference ........i found 3 models and i liked : samsung wb750 , samsung st200f , fujifilm fine pix s4000 so what is your advice ? and btw i am not experienced at all in cams

Look at optical zoom vs digital zoom. Digital zoom is not a true zoom as it only magnifies the picture. Pictures taken using digital zoom are often pixelated. Personally I would look for the one that offers the most manual features unless you want the camera the camera to do all of the work for you. If you will be shooting video with the camera as well you may want to see which one shoots in 1080 vs 720.

In my opinion, Samsung st200f is the best camera. It Stitches together multiple photos for a wide perspective. It has higher resolution screen and better image stabilization. It supported fully automatic exposure. In this camera the sound recording facility also available.

some one told me it is good if you only want wifi featured other than that take the wb750 so i am very confused

I can't say whether or not the reviews from photography blog can be trusted. Personally, between the two Samsungs I would go with the WB750 for the manual controls. The built in mic for the WB750 is stereo vs. mono for the st200f, if you are shooting video the WB750 shoots 1920 x 1080 vs 1280 x 720 with the st200f, the WB750 uses a full size SD card vs the microSD card used in the st200f. Choosing between the two really depends on how you are going to use it. Is the wifi capability of the st200f important to you? If not, go with the WB750 for more control.

well i have no experience in cams at all but i learn fast and i think the cams i mentioned are pretty easy to use , i do not care much about the mic sound or the full hd recording , also the wifi is not that important for me
i care more about good pictures in low light and strong light also the better zooming one

A couple of reviews give the advantage to the WB750 in low light light performance over both the ST200F and the Fine Pix S4000. If you are serious about learning photography the manual controls will be important.

thanks for helping me i think i will go for it .....btw if u can tell me how to know the battery life of the cam coz i don't see this included in any review also what the high iso pics means

Battery life on one review was 220 pictures and on another it is 225 pictures. If you can afford it I would recommend getting a second battery.

Regarding ISO, the higher the number the more sensitive it is to light. For example, on a bright sunny day you would use a lower ISO setting vs a higher ISO setting on a dark or cloudy day. You would use a higher ISO to compensate for low light situations. Use caution when using a higher ISO setting as it will increase the amount of "noise" when shooting. I would experiment with the various settings to gain a better understanding of how they affect the shot.

I do not know much about cameras but i think the battery is so weak so i think buying a backup battery is essential
