New Car Avalability Sequence Needed ASAP

Can someone tell me the order in which new cars are added in NFSU2?

I don't want the standard alphabetized car list I see everywhere. I want a
list sorted in the order that the cars actually appear in the game, so I can
tell if a car may have been skipped over due to a game bug or something.

The last car available to buy for me us the RX-7. Since then I've gotten
messaged that there is new car inventory but when I've checked there is no
new car at all. Is the message bogus or is something messed up in my
profile?

Never mind, I won some more URL races and new cars are appearing. I was
confused because for some reason the RX-7 is always the last car in the list
now.
